Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OpsDeck platform. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Description of Service
OpsDeck is a multi-tenant control plane for managing multiple Make.com accounts. The service includes cross-account monitoring, scenario documentation, save point management (version control), and related features.
Account Terms
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use OpsDeck
API Keys & Integrations
You are solely responsible for the Make.com API keys you provide to OpsDeck. By connecting your Make.com accounts, you authorize OpsDeck to access and manage your scenario data according to the permissions granted by those API keys. You may revoke access at any time by removing the API key from your Make.com account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use OpsDeck for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use the service to exceed Make.com's rate limits or terms of service
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
Plans & Payment
OpsDeck offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Paddle. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
If you downgrade your plan, the new limits will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Features exceeding the new plan's limits will become read-only until you upgrade or remove the excess.
Intellectual Property
OpsDeck and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OpsDeck and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you create, documentation you write, or scenario configurations you manage through our platform.
Third-Party Services
OpsDeck integrates with third-party services such as Make.com, Paddle, and Google OAuth. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Any disruptions, data breaches, or issues arising from third-party services are outside our control and responsibility.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the service. Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party failures may temporarily interrupt access. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime but are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including AES-256-GCM encryption for API keys, Row Level Security for tenant isolation, and HTTPS for all data transmission. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
Data Loss & Automation Failures
OpsDeck is not responsible for any loss of data, automation failures, missed executions, or business interruptions resulting from the use of the service. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your critical automation configurations and business data.
Rate Limiting & Fair Use
We may implement rate limits or usage restrictions to ensure fair use and platform stability. OpsDeck proxies requests to the Make.com API on your behalf and is subject to Make.com's own rate limits. Excessive API usage that impacts platform performance may result in temporary throttling of your account.
Suspension & Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, without prior notice, that abuse the service, violate these Terms, create risk to the platform or other users, or engage in activity that could expose OpsDeck to legal liability. We are not obligated to provide a reason for suspension.
Disclaimer of Warranties
OpsDeck is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of the Make.com platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to costs incurred from Make.com operations, automation failures, or exceeded budgets.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OpsDeck and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any damage caused by your Make.com API keys or automations managed through the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the application. Your continued use of OpsDeck after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
